PM DR. TIMOTHY HARRIS in his regular monthly Press Conference of October 3rd 2017 has made the stunning revelation that the Leader of the Opposition Dr. Hon. Denzil Douglas is the citizen of and holder of a passport of a country other than St.Kitts Nevis . The revelation is significant as there maybe constitutional violations involved in the fact revealed by PM Harris. PM Harris also revealed that the Opposition Leader Dr Douglas holds a Diplomatic passport of another country . PM Harris also suggested that informatiom reaching him suggests that PM Douglas is an active promoter and player of the CBI programme of another country.
