Murder victim died from multiple blunt force traumas; police looking for woman’s boyfriend
Basseterre, St. Kitts, January 23, 2018 – The Federation’s second murder victim, Shirley Dawn Morton, died as a result of multiple blunt force traumas to the head, an examination of the body has concluded.
Police have also issued a statement seeking the assistance of the public in its bid to question Wayne “Spyer” Chapman, the boyfriend of Morton.
Police said Forensic Pathologist, Dr. Valery Alexandrov concluded that the traumas caused injury to the brain.
Police said Chapman is the owner of the house in which Morton’s body was found on January 21.
