REPORT OF ARRESTS, CONVICTIONS AND OTHER ACTIVITIES
Basseterre, St. Kitts, January 18, 2018 (RSCNPF): Below is a report of arrests, convictions and other activities recorded by the Royal St. Christopher and Nevis Police Force for the period January 05-11, 2018.
ARRESTED AND BAILED:
Arrested: Calvin Thomas of Buckleys Estate was arrested, formally charged and cautioned for the offence of Battery.
Arrested: Bruce Rogers of Mount Idle, Sandy Point was arrested, formally charged and cautioned for the offences of Suspicion of Possession of Cannabis and Possession of Cannabis with Intent to Supply.
Arrested: Troy Rogers of Mount Idle, Sandy Point was arrested, formally charged and cautioned for the offences of Possession of Cannabis and Possession of Cannabis with Intent to Supply.
Arrested: Cris Rogers of Mount Idle, Sandy Point was arrested, formally charged and cautioned for the offences of Possession of Cannabis and Possession of Cannabis with Intent to Supply.
Arrested: Gerard Stapleton of Mount Idle, Sandy Point was arrested, formally charged and cautioned for the offences of Possession of Cannabis and Possession of Cannabis with Intent to Supply.
Arrested/Bailed: Chad Depusiour of Boyd’s Village, who was arrested, formally charged and cautioned for the offence of Possession of Cannabis with Intent to Supply, was granted bail in the sum of $5,000 for his appearance at the Basseterre Magistrate Court on February 05, 2018.
Arrested/Bailed: Kadeem Hendricks of New Road, who was arrested, formally charged and cautioned for the offence of Possession of Cannabis with intent to supply, was granted bail in the sum of $5,000 for his appearance at the Dieppe Bay Magistrate Court on February 05, 2018.
Arrested/Bailed: Bramdat Persaud of College Housing, who was arrested, formally charged and cautioned on three (3) Warrants, in the first instance, for Battery and Threatening Language, was granted bail in the sum of $10,000 for his appearance at Basseterre Magistrate Court on February 05, 2018. Condition: he is to stay away from the virtual complainant.
Arrested/Bailed: Glenasha Syder of Lower Monkey Hill, who was arrested, formally charged and cautioned for the offence of wounding, was granted bail in the sum of $5,000 for her appearance at the Basseterre Magistrate Court on March 05, 2018. Conditions: (i) she is to stay away from the Virtual Complainant, and (ii) she should not come within one hundred (100) feet of the Virtual Complainant.
Arrested/Bailed: Jornal Rogers of Farm’s Site, Sandy Point, who was arrested, formally charged and cautioned for the offences of Diving Without License and Insurance and Driving an Unlicensed Vehicle, was granted bail in the sum of $15,000 for his appearance at the Dieppe Bay Magistrate Court on February 05, 2018.
Arrested/Bailed: Frankie Abraham of Shadwell, who was arrested, formally charged and cautioned for Battery on Police and Obstruction, was granted bail in the sum of $5,000 for his appearance at the Basseterre Magistrate Court on the February 05, 2018.
Bailed: Jimmy Junior Allen of Basseterre was granted bailed in the sum of $20,000 for his appearance at the Basseterre Magistrate Court on February 05, 2018. Conditions: (i) he is to observe the curfew at his sister’s residence from 19:00 hrs to 05:00 hrs; (ii) he is to report to the Basseterre Police Station between 06:00 hrs and 18:00 hrs on Mondays and Fridays; and (iii) he is to surrender all travel documents.
Bailed: Dequan Maloney of Upper Shaw Avenue was granted bail in the sum of $10,000 for his appearance at Basseterre Magistrate Court on February 05, 2018.
Bailed: Kishorn Williams of Lower Monkey Hill, St. Peters was granted bail in the sum of $5,000 for his appearance at Basseterre Magistrate Court on February 19, 2018.
Bailed: Curtney Burnham of Verchilds Village was granted bail in the sum of $10,000 for his appearance at the Dieppe Bay Magistrate Court on March 06, 2018.
Bailed: Khijana Huggins of Mansion was granted bail in the sum of $20,000 for his appearance at the Dieppe Bay Magistrate Court on March 06, 2018.
Bailed: Jahvid Samuel of Verchilds Village was granted bail in the sum of $5,000 for his appearance at the Dieppe Bay Magistrate Court on March 06, 2018.
Bailed: Dishon Richardson of Estridge Housing was granted bail in the sum of $20,000 for his appearance at Dieppe Bay Magistrate Court on March 06, 2018.
Bailed: Damian Francis of Mansion was granted bail in the sum of $20,000 for his appearance at Dieppe Bay Magistrate Court on March 06, 2018.
Bailed: Charlie Richardson of Saddlers Village was granted bail in the sum of $20,000 for his appearance at Dieppe Bay Magistrate Court on March 06, 2018.
Bailed: Natasha Bellile Whyte of Upper Monkey Hill was granted bail in the sum of $10,000 for her appearance at the Basseterre Magistrate Court on March 05, 2018.
OTHER ACTIVITIES:
Building Breaking and Larceny: Police responded to several reports of Building Breaking and Larceny that occurred in the following areas: Lockhart Street, Brickwood Alley, Fort Street, Ponds Pasture and Molyneaux.
Search Warrants Executed: Police executed a number of search warrants during the period of this report. Warrants were executed on properties in the following areas: West Bourne Ghaut, Saddlers, Mansion, Mount Idle (Sandy Point), Harris Village, Shadwell, Keys Village and Boyd’s Village.
Abandoned Properties Searched: Police continued to search abandoned properties. Most recently they were done in the areas of Trafalgar Village, Ponds Pasture, Victoria Road, Newtown, Phillips Village, Camps and Gillard Meadows.
