Basseterre, St. Kitts, February 17, 2018 (RSCNPF): Members of the Royal St. Christopher and Nevis Police Force were able to recover items that were reported stolen from a house while conducting search operations.

On Thursday, February 15, 2018 Earl Thomas of Parray Extension, St. Peters reported to the Stapleton Police Station that his home had been broken into. At about 10 p.m. on Thursday, he found an intruder in his bedroom and a struggle ensued. The intruder fled the scene, but managed to take a sum of money and a vault from his home.

Police Officers discovered the vault and some of the items that were inside, as well as a screwdriver, in the vicinity of a property where a search warrant was being executed on Friday. The Officers continued their enquiries and searches and were able to locate more of the items stolen from the home of Mr. Thomas, along with a white mask in another area.
