We are currently recruiting qualified candidates for the following positions:
• Chief Steward – Excellent Written and Verbal communication skills in English; proven track record as a successful leader; 2 years minimum experience in similar capacity, experience in Hotels, current Food Handlers’ permit and driver’s license required. Committed, professional, detail oriented with a passion for cleanliness.
• Pastry Line Cook- Experienced as a pastry cook. Reliable and hard working. Current St. Kitts FHP card required.
• Bartender- 2 years
minimum Experience in a luxury environment as Bartender, creative, reliable with a passion for being of service. Current St. Kitts FHP card required.
• Landscapers- a love for nature and taking care of plants/trees is required. This position requires the ability to work outside and to stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl, bending and pulling, pushing 50lbs or more. Conversational English required.
• Line Cook- Previous experience in fine dining required, current SKN FHP and driver’s license required. Reliable, hardworking and team player.
• Stewards- ability to lift; push and pull over 60lbs. Current SKN FHP and driver’s license required.
• Room Technician – experience or certification in plumbing required; painting and general maintenance work experience with current Driver’s license and English communication skills.
Food & Beverage Waiters – minimum 2 years’ experience in food service. Current FHP and

• House person (Houseman) – Driver’s License required.
• Safety & Loss Prevention Officers- Driver’s License and previous Police or Security experience required.
• Safety & Loss Prevention Supervisor- Driver’s License and previous Police or Security Supervisory experience required.
• Housekeeping Attendant- High school diploma preferred. Minimum of 6 months of housekeeping or laundry operations experience preferred. Experience working in an upscale service environment a plus.
• Housekeeping Supervisor- Minimum of 12 months in a similar capacity in an upscale hotel or an institution of high caliber, Completion of high school education at a minimum, ability to supervise the daily work activities of all housekeeping staff to ensure clean, orderly, and attractive guest houses and villas, and public areas. Driver’s License would be an asset.
• Driver (split morning and evening shift) – Valid class-P driver’s license.
• Restaurant Houseman- Ability to push, lift, pull 75lbs plus, St. Kitts current drivers’ license required, fluent in English. Reliable and hard working. Current St. Kitts FHP card required.
