Topic: Sex And The Law
The recent arrest this April 2018 and charge of a Basseterre, St. Kitts male on 2 counts of ALLEDGED rape prompts me to remind my global Dare 2 Be Different International following of a few things.
1. The age of consent in St. Kitts and Nevis is 16. That is the age by LAW that a girl can DEVELOP a love or sex relationship and give you permission to hug her, touch her, make out, have sex and even share sexual images or videos. You are not to touch any male or female unless they give you FULL PERMISSION TO TOUCH THEM or unless you and them have a PRIOR RELATIONSHIP where you can touch freely at anytime you want.
2. Any type of sexual relations under 16 is CHILD MOLESTATION or STATORY RAPE and should be reported to the police today.
3. If a girl 16 or over gives you permission to have SEX with her and while you have your penis inserted in her vagina and having a great time and she says to STOP and you don’t STOP, she can also report you for RAPE.
4. Girls and ladies, it is highly unethetical to give a guy consent to have sex with you and then because of a DISAGREEMENT, you maliciously report him for RAPE knowing you are telling a LIE.
5. Boys, there are OLDER WOMEN who RAPE or FORCE or COERCE young boys to have SEX with them. That can also be reported to Commissioner Ian Queeley
6. You are not to use your POWER or INFLUENCE or POSITION to coerce anyone into having sexual relations with you. It should be out of their own FREE WILL that they allow you to hug them, touch them, make out or have SEX.
A WORD AND REMINDER TO THE WISE IS ENOUGH. Lawyers are expensive. Always ensure that ALL YOUR SEXUAL DEALINGS ARE WITHIN THE LAW. Brother Khrystus – www.daretobedifferentskn.com
