ST.KITTS-NEVIS PM HARRIS SLAMS OPPOSITION’S BRIBERY ALLEGATIONS AND CALL FOR RESIGNATION

“NOBODY CAN BRIBE ME …..THEY OUT OF ORDER…..THEY TALKING CRAZINESS !” declares PM Harris

Basseterre, St.Kitts (May 20th, 2018):-Prime Minister of St.Kitts-Nevis Dr. Timothy Harris has seemingly slammed the door shut on a brewing story which began last week when the Dr. Denzil Douglas led Oppositon SKN Labour Party in a press conference asked for his resignation citing transcripts from a UK Court document in a case involving two UK Business men Peter Virdhee and Dieter “DT” Trustchler and the National Crime Agency.

In a much anticipated townhall styled Prime Minister’s Open Forum event the PM emphatically dismissed the allegations and accusations made by the opposition as well as totally annihiliating their call for his resignation. If the call for his resignation based on what s clearly third party hearsay was expected to unravel his hold on Leadership the call has only heightened the Prime Minister’s resolve and determination to fulfill his 10 year 2 term mandate as Prime Minister.

In a passionate dynamic and inspirational presentation PM Harris slammed the oppositions allegation’s of bribery and their subsequent call for his resignation. PM Harris told a backed school hall of hundreds and a listening and viewing audience of 1000’s that the allegation of bribery made by the Dr. Denzil Douglas led Opposition was “Out Of Order!” and further described the accusation and allegation as “Craziness!”. PM Harris said that he never offered or took any bribe least of all for shoes and watch as was indicated by the opposition and mentioned by an individual under investigation in the UK.

“Nobody can bribe me…I understand Hard Life. I understand Poverty…I understand having to wake up early in the  morning and going to mango garden to get the ripest mango so I can eat for breakfast and lunch. You think champagne can change my mind?…That’s why I don’t drink it !! You think wine can impact my judgement on behalf of the people ?…That’s why I hardly drink it !” said PM Harris

“Watch and shoes and those vanities could ever impact on my mind and judgement on behalf of my people ?”…NEVER !!!!!” …..That’s Craziness!!!…They Out of Order !!” declared the dynamic PM Harris

In concluding his near hour long presentation Dr Harris reiterated his commitment to fulfill his 2 term 10 year mandate to serve the country as its most illustrious Prime Minister . He further declared that he will be going “ALL OUT” to ensure that every single Team Unity Candidate brings home a seat. Describing himself as the “Clincher” PM Harris said he will travel the length and breadth of the country to ensure that he clinches every single seat for Team UNITY.

The Prime Minister’s Open Forum which was part of Team Unity’s Good Governance and Prosperity Agenda, was chaired by Attorney General the Hon Vincent Byron, and was addressed by Senior Minister the Hon Vance Amory, and Minister the Hon Ian Patches Liburd. In attendance included Minister of State for Health the Hon Wendy Phipps, Cabinet Secretary Mrs Josephine Huggins, and Deputy Speaker Senator the Hon Akilah Byron-Nisbett among others.
