Four Seasons Resort-Nevis Sales Activity at All-Time High
Sales this spring at Four Seasons Resort Estates Nevis have reached unprecedented levels of activity ahead of Four Seasons Resort Nevis multi-phase renovation. Over $10 million in villas have been put under contract or closed since the start of the year. They are currently negotiating the sale of two more villas as buyers capitalize on great deals and desirable locations.
Villas are priced to sell and activity at the resort has been non-stop ahead of the renovation work starting in June. The resport sales team are showing villas on a daily basis and generating more conversations as they head into the busy summer season.
The Four Seasons Resort Nevis has also announced two new restaurant concepts launching this December; EsQuilina and Crowned Monkey Rhum Bar to replace Neve and the existing Library bar.
June is a very special month at Four Season Nevis as the island enters the Mango season, the water warms up and the summer breezes kick in. It’s charming to receive the gift of mangos from neighbors and friends freshly picked from their own personal trees. Nearly everyone on the island has a special type of Mango to share. Some of the best mangoes comes straight from Sunshine’s trees!
The Nevis Island Tourism authority hosts Mango Fest starting July 5th including celebrity chef dinners, cooking lessons, and demonstrations. This year Four Seasons resort is hosting a Mango Fest dinner on the new pier on Saturday July 7th with celebrity chef Judy Joo.
