BROWNE ARRESTED FOR DISCHARGING FIREAR
Basseterre, St. Kitts, November 11, 2018 (RSCNPF): Virgil Browne of Nisbett Settlement was arrested and charged for the offence of Discharging a Firearm in a Public Place.
The incident occurred close to 2 a.m. on November 09, 2018 in the vicinity of Potworks. Investigations so far have revealed that Mr. Browne was driving his vehicle when several donkeys began crossing the street. Browne reported that he used his firearm to fire two shots at the donkeys as they crossed.
Browne has since received bail in the sum of $5,000 with two sureties for his appearance at the Charlestown Magistrate Court on November 13, 2018.
