MATHIAS AND BROWNE SENTENCED FOR RAPE
Basseterre, St. Kitts, June 19, 2019, (RSCNPF): Montana Mathias and Royston Browne were sentenced for the offence of Rape on June 18, 2019.
Mathias was sentenced to 10 years imprisonment with time spent on remand applied while Browne was sentenced to 8 years imprisonment with time spent on remand applied.
Browne and Mathias were convicted of Rape on November 28, 2018 after being charged for the offence on December 13, 2016. The incident took place om November 03, 2016.
