Eastern Caribbean Forecast: A tropical wave in the vicinity of Puerto
Rico will trigger cloudiness with showers and isolated thunderstorms today
across that area. Meanwhile lingering moisture from the passage of the wave will
generate a few more cloudy spells with a moderate chance of showers for the
Virgin Islands, Leeward Islands, Windward Islands, Barbados and Trinidad and
Tobago today. A gradual improvement is expected later today and tonight.
