Weather tonight: Mostly cloudy with occasional overnight showers and a 20
percent or slight chance of early morning thunderstorms
Eastern Caribbean Forecast: A westward moving tropical wave will
generate cloudy skies with showers over Puerto Rico, the United States and
British Virgin Islands today and into tonight. Some showers will be locally heavy
mainly over Puerto Rico today. Meanwhile, instability, available moisture and a
southeasterly windflow will cause mostly cloudy skies to linger over the Leewards
with localize afternoon convective showers and isolated thunderstorms possible
over these islands. Partly cloudy to cloudy skies with localize showers are also
possible over the Windwards and islands further south due to lingering instability
