Are you or someone you know are finding it difficult to adjust to the new normal brought about by COVID-19? Are you feeling stressed managing work and home demands, or depressed about the loss of income?
You are invited to an enlightening discussion this Saturday, July 25, where techniques to better manage and overcome these conditions will be shared. The event begins at 10 a.m. at the Antioch Baptist Church, Infirmary Road Sanctuary.
Facilitators include Counselor, Dr. Zara Jacobs and Nurse Dahlia Simmonds. There is no admission fee. All are invited. COVID-19 protocols will be observed.
