Eastern Caribbean Forecast: Tropical Storm Isaias continues to
move away from the area. However lingering moisture and instability
left from its passage could continue to generate cloudiness and showers
across the islands. Skies therefore across Puerto Rico, the Virgin
Islands, Leeward Islands, Windward Islands, Barbados and Trinidad
and Tobago will be partly cloudy to cloudy with a high chance of
showers. A few isolated thunderstorms could develop across Puerto
Rico and the Virgin Islands.
