Eastern Caribbean Forecast: A tropical wave affecting the Southern
Caribbean will result in cloudy to overcast skies with showers and thunderstorms across Trinidad and Tobago, Barbados, and the Windward Islands today and continuing into early Friday morning. Meanwhile, low moisture levels across the Northeast Caribbean will keep the chances of showers at moderate across the Leeward Islands today; however, moisture and instability associated with a tropical wave moving into the region tonight through to early Friday morning will increase the chances of showers and thunderstorms across the islands. The atmosphere over the rest of the Eastern Caribbean from Puerto Rico east to the Virgin Islands will remain settled and hence the chances of showers will be slight today and tonight.
