VHS NEWSLINE SEPTEMBER 11TH, 2020
Flexibility is key to adopting to our new normal, so amidst the COVID19 and adhering to the stipulated protocols the Verchilds High School Guidance Counselling Department hosted an orientation for their new cohort of form one students.
The students were embraced into the VHS HAWKS Family by well wishers such as the guidance counselors, the principal and deputy principal, teachers and their form one yearhead. They were also treated to fun filled icebreakers and activities.
Additionally, snapshots into life at VHS were also shown to foster love and appreciation for their new school’s culture. Students were also given a guided tour to sensitize them of their new surroundings in an effort to foster a smooth transition from primary to secondary school.
