Eastern Caribbean Forecast: The presence of hurricane Teddy a few
hundred miles northeast of the islands will cause a weak trough and a light
windflow to prevail over the islands of the Eastern Caribbean today and tonight.
These lighter winds along with other local effects will lead to the formation of localize afternoon cloudiness and brief showers mainly over the larger islands today. Smaller islands which are less influenced will see generally partly sunny skies with a slight chance of showers. By tonight and into tomorrow, a moisture band associated with Teddy will affect the southern Windwards and Trinidad and Tobago
