SKELEC would like to advise the public that an island wide electricity outage occured this morning Wednesday 13th January 2021 at about 7:45am as a result of failure in one of our generator switch gear.
Restoration efforts have begun and every effort is being made to restore service as quickly and safely as possible.
No estimated restoration time is available as yet
SKELEC sincerely apologises for the inconveniences caused by this outage.
A further update will be provided at 9:30am.
