Winds: East with speeds ranging from 14 to 20 mph with possible higher gusts to 31  mph mainly over open waters and elevated terrains.  

Seas: 1.2 to 2.1 metres or 4 to 7 feet. A small craft caution is now in effect for  the waters east and north of the islands.  

Weather Forecast for St. Kitts & Nevis: Moderate to fresh winds associated with  a relatively tight pressure gradient will transport pockets of moisture across the area  where unsettled weather could be triggered as a result. Meanwhile, these winds coupled  with swells originating from the north Atlantic will cause sea conditions to be above  normal.
