Winds: East with speeds ranging from 14 to 20 mph with higher gusts to 31 mph  mainly over open waters and elevated terrains. 

Seas: 1.5 to 2.1 metres or 5 to 7 feet. A small craft caution is now in effect for small craft operators mainly for the waters east and north of the islands.
