Youth development in Constituency #6!Help me congratulate the participants and organizers of Top Tier Academy’s Effective Speaking Competition; held this evening. While I sat in the audience and listened to the speeches, I was extremely impressed. Our youths in Constituency #6 are exceptional orators.
