Please read the instructions carefully before completing this form and answer all relevant questions.
Incomplete applications will not be processed.
1. The Scholarships are awarded to citizens of St. Kitts and Nevis who meet the requirements of the application form and are enrolled at the CFBC, Nevis Sixth Form College, and AVEC.
2. The Scholarship only covers registration, tuition and examination fees payable to the institutions or as reimbursement (upon submission of receipts) to students paying in advance.
3. The Scholarships are awarded to students who are in the following social brackets: indigent/destitute, poor or vulnerable.
4. Each student who receives the scholarship is required to perform at least four (4) hours of Volunteer Service per month and maintain the academic standards set by the institutions.
5. Any student who is absent from any examination without a valid and verifiable reason, will be required to repay for that subject. Students who fail to repay for examinations will not receive any examination result slips/certificates until all outstanding debts are repaid.
6. A special incentive allowance (XCD $1,000.00) will be awarded to each student at CFBC and Nevis Sixth Form College who attains Grade 1 and 2 passes in any two or more of the following subjects:
French, Spanish, Geography, Biology, Chemistry, Physics, Pure Mathematics, Applied Mathematics, Information Technology, Architectural Designs and Hospitality/Culinary Art.

a) Acceptance letter from the educational institution
b) Birth certificate or proof of citizenship
c) Salary slip of parent or guardian
