Chairmanβs Award to be presented to the contestant who has met the following criteria:
β’ Early arrival at 95% of the Carnival related functions.
β’ Attended 95% Carnival related functions
β’ Met all deadlines re: submission of competition information
β’ Conducted herself appropriately at all times.
β’ Dressed appropriately at all carnival related events
β’ Considered cooperative and pleasant.
β’ Completed all competition segments within the stipulated time limits.
