NEW MINISTER OF AGRICULTURE REPRESENTING ST.KITTS AND NEVIS AT CARICOM AGRI-INVESTMENT FORUM IN TRINIDAD
I am excited to be representing St. Kitts-Nevis in Trinidad and Tobago with Extension Officer, Reiner Ferdinand at the CARICOM Agri-Investment Forum and Expo.
The forum’s objectives include increasing investment in agriculture and food production, encouraging dialogue between private and public stakeholders and showcasing local agricultural products and services.
It is hoped that the forum will strengthen intra-regional cooperation around agriculture and increase the likelihood of short-term bilateral trade deals between the Caribbean’s net food importers and exporters.
