Presently representing St. Kitts-Nevis at the joint Meeting of the 45th Executive Council and the 26th General Conference of Ministers under the theme: ‘Leveraging Global Partnerships for Caribbean Connectivity’. Two persons to my left is the Prime Minister of Guyana Hon Mark Phillips. Two persons to my right at the round table is the Secretary General of the CTU, Mr. Rodney Taylor, a national of Barbados.
