At about 21:10hrs, on 09/09/2022, in the vicinity of Love at First Bite Bar, located at St. Peters, St. Kitts, a fatal traffic accident occurred. It was alleged that the suspect Marlin Andres Novas, a National of Dominican Republic whodrove motor vehicle PB2456 at the time, collided withpedestrian Sewdat Pichaya, a Guyanese national, which resulted in Mr. Pichaya tragic demise; the suspect then fled the scene of the accident. It is believed that the suspect left St. Kitts on a go-fast boat to St. Maarten.
