Hon Samal Duggins # 4. As stated during my campaign, I am committed to upgrading the fisheries facilities in the Federation.
Therefore I am happy to report that plans to upgrade all facilities are underway . I am particularly proud to highlight the work being done on the Old Road Fisheries Complex.
This year the fishermen and fisherwomen of Constituency No.4 will benefit from a fully upgraded facility including the recommisioning of the commercial ice machine which has been down for some time. I can confirm that the missing parts have been ordered and will arrive in a matter of months.
This prospect is an exciting one as it means that this year the community and the country will see the resumption of the sale of fresh and frozen fish from the Old Road Complex.
