BREAKING NEWS:
In a devastating blow to AG Garth Wilkin, the High Court has set aside the injunction against Ian Patches Liburd which was filed by Wilkin. The decision of Her Ladyship Justice Tamara Gill was delivered today in Court. Garth Wilkin was represented by Sylvester Anthony and Patches Liburd was represented by Peter Foster K.C.
