IMPORTED FROM NON-CARICOM MEMBER STATES
Following a recent decision of the 54th Session of the Council for Trade and Economic Development (COTED) and in accordance with the Revised Treaty of Chaguaramus, the Government of St. Kitts and Nevis via the Customs and Excise Department, implement the following:
l. With immediate effect the Common External Tariff (CET) on Condensed Milk, HS Code 0402.99.10, imported from Non-CARICOM Member States is 30%.
