All traders, livestock owners and other agricultural stakeholders are hereby advised that the St. Kitts Abattoir will be accepting animals for one day only, which is Sunday, 2nd April 2023. All meat cutting will be done on Thursday 6th April 2023. This is in observance of the Good Friday holiday on 7th April 2023. Meanwhile,
For the week ending 15th April 2023, the St. Kitts Abattoir will be accepting animals for one day only, which is Monday 10th April. There will not be any deboning within that same week.
All cutting of meat will be done on Friday 14th April. This is to accommodate the smooth flow of operation ahead of the Easter Monday holiday on 10th April.
