Hon. Dr. Terrance Drew to Deliver Remarks at the Regional Symposium on Crime and Violence as a Public Health Issue – The Crime Challenge


Basseterre, Saint Kitts and Nevis, April 17, 2023 (Press Secretary, PMO) – Prime Minister of Saint Kitts and Nevis, Minister of National Security and Health, and CARICOM Lead with responsibility for Health and Human Development, Hon. Dr. Terrance M. Drew is currently in Trinidad and Tobago for the Regional Symposium to address “Crime and Violence as a Public Health Issue – The Crime Challenge”.

The two-day Symposium is being hosted by the Prime Minister of Trinidad and Tobago, Dr. the Honourable Keith Rowley from 17th to 18th April 2023.

Prime Minister Drew will deliver his remarks today, 17th April 2023, Day #1, at 1:30 pm. The event is being carried live on https://www.ttt.live/stream/ or https://fb.watch/jZ6vJ8svc3/.

The Prime Minister of Saint Kitts and Nevis is accompanied by a delegation comprising Naeemah Hazelle, Permanent Secretary, Prime Minister’s Office; Cecile Hull, Permanent Secretary, National Security; Dr. Sharon Archibald, Permanent Secretary, Ministry of Health and Dr Patrick Martin, Adviser, Ministry of Health.
