Injuries 1 — Mr. Ali sustained a broken left arm, cuts, and bruises as a result of being knocked off his motor scooter.

Circumstances Mr. Ali attempted to overtake the motor van driven by Mr. Newton, who made a right turn into RSJ Enterprises. As a result, Mr. Ali’s motor scooter collided with the motor van and then into a curb wall on the right side of the road. Investigations into the matter are ongoing.
