Circumstances Mr. Pemberton was absent from the scene of the accident when the Police arrived. Shortly thereafter, he was located at the Joseph N. France General Hospital where he sought treatment for minor injuries. He was interviewed by Police and subsequently arrested for leaving the scene of an accident andsuspicion of driving while under the influence of drugs or alcohol.
