MULTIPLE CHARGES AGAINST JEHU KELLY FOR ROBBERY & FIREARM POSSESSION
The Police have charged twenty-four (24)-year-old Jehu Kelly of Gingerland, Nevis, on six (6) warrants in connection with the robbery that was committed on July 7th, 2023, at Lover’s Lane, St. Paul’s, St. Kitts. At the Sandy Point Police Station on July 24th, 2023, Mr. Kelly was charged with four (4) counts of Robbery; one (1) count of Possession of Firearm; and one (1) count of Possession of Firearm with Intent to endanger life or cause serious bodily harm.
On July 25th, 2023, the Police laid an additional three (3) charges against Mr. Kelly at the Sandy Point Police Station: one (1) count of Robbery; one (1) count of Possession of Firearm; and one (1) count of Possession of Firearm with Intent to endanger life or cause serious bodily harm. These offences were committed on March 11th, 2023, in Old Road, St. Kitts.
