We have more good news for the residents of Cayon and surrounding communities, not only has the preliminary testing shown that the water discovered is potable, but it has also shown that there is more water in the area than anticipated. However, there are still more tests to be done.
I am grateful to BEAD and the staff at the Water Department for their dedication and hard work in efforts to resolve the water situation.
We understand the inconvenience and challenges that this situation has posed for many of you, and we are committed to finding swift and effective solutions. In the meantime, we will continue to arrange for temporary water supply to be delivered to various locations throughout the community to provide you with the necessary resources.
