KYLE HENDRICKS SENTENCED FOR UNLAWFUL CARNAL KNOWLEDGE
Kyle Hendricks of St. Paul’s, St. Kitts, has been sentenced to His Majesty’s Prison on two (2) counts of Unlawful Carnal Knowledge. The criminal acts were committed on July 21st , 2020. His sentences were handed down on October 9th , 2023, by His Lordship Justice Iain Morley, KC.
Mr. Hendricks is sentenced to serve seven (7) years on one count, and ten (10) years on the other. Both sentences are set to run concurrently.
