A Historic Moment at Romney Manor
October 5th was a dream come true! I joined the legacy of beautification by planting a fragrant Jacaranda tree at Romney Manor. These purple-blossomed trees are truly magical. They are not only known for their beauty but also their medical properties. Their leaves and barks have healing qualities, from easing neuralgia to treating varicose veins to helping with acne.
Huge thanks to Mr. Maurice Widdowson, a prominent business owner of Caribelle Batik and Romney Manor Estate, for sharing his knowledge and spearheading this beautification initiative in constituency 4. Together, we’ll turn our island into a Caribbean gem adorned with these unique trees.
