Prime Minister of St. Kitts and Nevis the Hon. Dr. Terrance Drew has extended best wishes and heartfelt congratulations to young cricket extraordinaire Jahzara Claxton who has been selected to the West Indies Women’s “A” Team that will tour Pakistan from October 18 to November 09, 2023.
Prime Minister Dr. Drew extended his best wishes earlier this morning (Oct. 13) when Jahzara and her mother, Ika Francis, visited the Prime Minister’s Office.
This is not Jahzara Claxton’s first time representing the West Indies. In November 2022, she was selected as part of the West Indies Under 19 Female Cricket Team that toured India. Most recently, she suited up for the Barbados Royals Women’s Cricket Team that captured the Women’s Caribbean Premier League title.
