OLD ROAD ROBBERY UNDER POLICE INVESTIGATION
The Police are investigating a robbery that occurred at a supermarket on Main Street in Old Road, St. Kitts, on October 23rd, 2023. The incident occurred between 6PM and 7 PM. Initial investigations have revealed that while the supermarket was open to patrons, four (4) masked and armed assailants entered the main entrance, robbed the establishment of a sum of money, then made their escape.
The Crime Scene Unit (CSU) of the Royal St. Christopher and Nevis Police Force(RSCNPF) processed the scene and collected items of evidential value. An investigation into the matter is ongoing and the general public will be appropriately updated as it develops. The RSCNPF continues to encourage anyone who may have information about this and/or other criminal matters to call the nearest Police station, or the Crime Stoppers’ Hotline, 707.
