FORT TYSON RISE ROBBERY UNDER POLICE INVESTIGATION
The Police are investigating a robbery that occurred at Fort Tyson Rise, Frigate Bay, St. Kitts. The incident occurred between 8AM and 9AM on November 11th, 2023. The victim reported to Police that while getting ready for work, he heard someone knocking on his front door and calling his name.

He stated that upon opening the door, two (2) assailants dressed in dark clothing with their faces covered rushed into his home and accosted him. The victim reported that one (1) assailant physically restrained him while the other searched him home. Shortly thereafter, both assailants forced him to open the vault in his home office from which they stole a sumof money. The assailants also stole several other items of value before bounding the victim and fleeing the scene. The victim sustained some bruises to his neck and an elbow during the incident, but is otherwise in good physical condition.

The Crime Scene Unit (CSU) of the Royal St. Christopher and Nevis Police Force (RSCNPF) processed the scene and took into custody a number of items of evidential value. An investigation into the incident is ongoing and the general public will be appropriately updated as it progresses.
