Injuries: Mr. Miller sustained a swollen right eye and bruises to his right shoulder, knee, and toes. He was
transported to the Joseph N. France General Hospital via ambulance.

Circumstances: Initial inquiries suggest that Mr. Miller was traveling from north to south towards College Street. When he arrived in the vicinity of the Moravian churches wall he collided.
