Circumstances: Inquiries indicate that both vehicles were traveling westwards, from Basseterre to Sandy Point with Mr. Walters behind Mr. Gaskin. When they arrived in the vicinity of Trinity Inn, Mr. Gaskin indicated to make a right turn to Trinity Inn. Mr. Walters attempted to overtake and collided into the right side of Mr. Gaskin’s vehicle.
