ADRIAN BART SENTENCED FOR INDECENT ASSAULT
Adrian Justin Bart of Cabbage Tree, Cayon, St. Kitts, has been sentenced to serve three(3) years and six (6) months in His Majestyโs Prison for the offence of Indecent Assault. The criminal act was committed on July 3rd, 2019, against an eleven (11)-year-old female in the area of Upper Cayon.
His Lordship Justice Iain Morley KC handed down Mr Bartโs sentence on December 12th, 2023, at the High Court in Basseterre.
