NEVIS STREET SHOOTING UNDER POLICE INVESTIGATION
The Police are investigating a shooting incident that occurred in Nevis Street, St. Kitts, on January 10
th, 2024, between 8:30PM and 9:30PM.
Initial inquiries suggest that forty-six (46)-year-old Mandefro France of NewRoad, St. Kitts, sustained a wound to one of his legs when two (2) assailants opened fire in the direction. Mr France was transported to the Joseph N. France General Hospital where he was treated and warded in stable condition.
The Crime Scene Unit of the Royal St. Christopher and Nevis Police Force (RSCNPF) processed the scene and collected some items of evidential value. An investigation into the incident is ongoing and the general public will be kept appropriately informed of developments.
