Hon Prime Minister Dr Terrance Drew said, we had a wonderful service at the Basseterre Wesleyan Holiness Church this morning, celebrating 92 years as a political party putting God first.
The SKNLP is the oldest political party in the English speaking Caribbean – A tremendous feat indeed.
Let’s remember our past leaders and comrades who, with the help of God, created this great party.
The history of the SKLNP is the history of St. Kitts and Nevis. We brought the right to vote, the right to education, the right to health, land access, social security, and workers rights, and we paved the way for independence. This is our country’s foundation.
We are now building towards a sustainable island state.
