ABKIM BRYAN SENTENCED FOR RAPE & BUGGERY
Abkim Bryan of Sandy Point, St. Kitts, has been sentenced to serve time in His Majestyโs Prison for Rape and Buggery. The criminal offences were committed on June 4th, 2019.
On February 12th, 2024, His Lordship Justice Iain Morley, KC, handed down two (2) sentences. For the offence of Rape, Mr Bryan was sentenced to fifteen (15) years in prison, and for the offence of Buggery, he received a sentence of six (6) years. Both sentences are set to run concurrently.
