This morning Hon Prime Minister Dr Terrance was joined by Minister of Toursim, Hon. Marsha T. Henderson, for the launch of the 4th generation Border Management System which features automated passport control kiosks at the RLB International Airport. I signed the agreement for the kiosks in 2022 and I am very pleased to see them implemented.
This is yet another step towards modernising and enhancing the services at the Airport. It is also in keeping with the goals of our Sustainable Island State Agenda.
I used the system myself today and I am impressed by how user friendly and efficient it is. The new system will definitely add to the experience of all visitors and nationals arriving to our shores.
