🙏🏾It is with profound sadness that I say goodbye to the recent past Chairman of The Cable Board and Sound Engineer at our National Assembly, Adrian Lam, who transitioned last night😢.
I have known Adrian for practically all of my life because of our link to music! It was Adrian Lam who recorded my first ever calypso song ‘Cool School’ back in 1993 in his Music Studio when I was just 10. He recorded many of my father’s songs. I then grew up to have a studio of my own where he played bass tracks for some of the songs I was recording. We spoke incessantly about sound engineering and music whenever we met.
Adrian has contributed significantly to our society from Music, to Sound Engineering, to Toucan, to Business, to Walls Bookstore, to Music Festival, to Media, to Parliament, to many other things and he would be greatly missed.
I extend warm sympathies and condolences to his dear family and friends and may his Soul Rest in Musical Peace!!
