POLICE CHARGE MAN WITH RAPE & ROBBERY
The Police have laid four (4) charges against a Kittitian male for the offences of Rape, Indecent Assault, and Robbery (two counts). The criminal acts were committed between 12AM and 1AM on June 1st, 2024, in the St. Peter’s area on St. Kitts.
The criminal charges were laid on June 10th, 2024, at the Basseterre Police Station.
NB: The provisions outlined in the Offences Against the Person Act, CAP 4.21 Part XVI, Section 73,
restrict the publication of the identity of individuals charged with offences listed in Section 72(2).
