PINEAPPLE PRODUCTION WORKSHOP – WEDNESDAY AUGUST 28TH, 2024
The Department of Agriculture is inviting all Crop farmers to a Pineapple Production Workshop set for Wednesday 28th August, 2024.
This workshop forms part of the 25 by 25 initiative and is geared towards informing farmers of the necessary procedures in pineapple production. Topics of discussion include: History, Distribution and World Production, Morphology, Anatomy and Taxonomy, varieties and Breeding, Plant Nutrition, Production Systems and more.
All are urged to make a special effort to attend.
The meeting will be conveyed at the Department of Agriculture’s Large Conference Room at 5:00 p.m.
